I highly recommend Tibor and his team. I first knew Tibor at his boot camp 5 years ago and now do a weekly training session at The Fitness Place. It can be difficult to get the results you want on your own but sessions with Tibor and the team get you motivated. The excercises and circuits are just right for me and I really enjoy the workouts. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t use any other personal trainer now I’ve been to Tibor. A great way to get in shape, learn proper techniques and do so safely. I always enjoy going and always feel really welcome. The facilities are great too with a focus on the exercising the whole body. I recently had minor surgery and Tibor always gets the most out of me but is always conscious of my limits. He’s really helping me to lose weight and get back to my previous fitness level before the operation.
