This is an absolute gem of a place. Tibor, who runs it, is one if the most positive, encouraging people I have met. He knows everything there is to know about training and moved me on leaps and bounds in the time I spent with him. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who would like some expert and focused attention to improve their strength and fitness levels.

Liza has helped me totally transform my body and confidence through weight-lifting, kettlebells and HIIT circuits. I have been a client of Tibor’s for almost 5 years and although I am now 61, 40 years ago I trained as a PE teacher and whilst I only taught for a couple of years, I know how hard it is to keep things interesting! I am easily bored and gave Tibor one condition to being my trainer … if I come back and you repeat the same thing the next week just once, I’ll leave. 5 years in and I never miss a session. Tibor pushes, but only ever enthusiastically. He encourages, but somehow always has me feeling like it is me who has achieved something and my wife is happy with the results! Nuff said I suppose.

I recently did 6 weeks transformation challenge mainly with Tibor and achieved the goal I set. The programme was flexible depending on each person’s body conditions/situation and the overall environment and atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly that you don’t feel awkward even if you come for the first time. But at the same time he trains you well with enough tension. It was great experience. Highly recommended
