This is not a regular gym. You get all the support you need to achieve your goals. Meal plan is provided and it’s easy to follow, the sessions are fun and different every time. The members are very supportive. I used to be a couch potato and now I am looking forward to coming to the sessions and exercise. Also lost nearly a stone and a bit since I’ve joined. Thanks guys

I did 5 weeks of training with tibor, with my friend, and it was very useful. He showed us he right technique and a lot of exercises for all muscle groups. Tibor understands he need of the client very well and adapts to the situation. I would largely recommend the fitness place to anyone who has a goal and needs help achieving it
