Strength and Toning Coach
I am committed to show our members that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between a well-rounded diet and exercise. I provide them with positive, energetic and enjoyable sessions. I understand that every client is unique so are their needs, which is why each session is planned around their needs. Together we work on pushing through barriers, getting results while having fun.
Jomba is my interpretation of physical fitness training. It is a unique form of exercising using trampolines. It focuses on toning up your legs and mid section as well as strengthening your pelvic floor muscles while burning maximum amount of calories. If you decide to give it a try, I can reassure you that you will have the most fun you’ve ever had exercising.
Body & Mind Yoga Teacher
I believe that Yoga can be a powerful and transformative practice, helping to support us physically, emotionally and spiritually. My classes focus on stretching, strengthening and increasing suppleness of the body through flowing yoga postures, along with breathing techniques to prepare mind and body for meditation.
My approach to good health and fitness is that it should be enlightening, enjoyable and sustainable. Progress is more important than perfection; and the habits you learn with me will enable you to perform the daily activities of life with strength and confidence.
