The Fitness Place and all it’s instructors, led by Tibor, provides innovative and varied workouts that play to your strengths but also push you to improve, including in areas you are weak in and which you avoid if you train alone! Support and encouragement is always on hand and I’ve really improved my fitness and my diet since I joined in January. I was very obese (to say the least) when I started out at Tibor’s fitness place. I knew I had to do something about it and decided to lose weight but I needed guidance and this is when The Fitness Place popped up on my Facebook feed which couldn’t have come in a better time.
