Tibor and everyone who attends the gym/classes are great. Everyone pushes each other but in a friendly way. Highly recommend for anyone of any ability looking to improve their fitness and/or lose weight.

Honestly I can’t say enough about this place and it’s owner. His group sessions are such fun and there is a great mix of local people that attend. Many I now consider friends (and I hate making friends and working out.) He even runs online sessions which kept me sane over lock down. Look if you are struggling to get back into fitness you need to give this place a try – if he can get me to go multiple times a week he essentially a miracle worker. It also helps it’s an amazing value with all he offers, more than any large gym has ever given me or trainer.

Tibor is an excellent fitness trainer. He is attentive, instructive and is careful to take into account any injuries or strains that might make an exercise painful or difficult. He is knowledgeable, encouraging and an excellent motivator. I’ve benefited from him greatly.

I have been coming to this gym for over a year, working with fantastic trainers – all of whom are incredibly knowledgeable in their area of work. Liza has helped me totally transform my body and confidence through weight-lifting, kettlebells and HIIT circuits. I am so thankful to have found someone who has not only taught me so much about health, wellness, exercise and nutrition but provides me with constant support (during and after our personal training sessions). Highly recommend this gym. Be sure to ask for a personal training session with Liza – she’s extremely busy but will always find a time to work with you !
