Claudia's Story

Claudia from East Finchley joined about a year ago because she wanted to transform her fitness and physique.

She never liked big commercial gyms so she decided to give our Small Group Personal training a try. Since she joined she lost weight, fits into her old clothes, increased her energy levels and boosted her confidence.

Meet Paula from Muswell Hill. She originally joined to get stronger and fight the unwanted side effects of menopause. Since she joined our gym she got stronger, she learned a great deal about the safe way of exercising and has been keeping her back pain at bay.

The Fitness Place and all it’s instructors, led by Tibor, provides innovative and varied workouts that play to your strengths but also push you to improve, including in areas you are weak in and which you avoid if you train alone! Support and encouragement is always on hand and I’ve really improved my fitness and my diet since I joined in January. The other mr era are really friendly and we spur each other on to be the best we can: I love it!

I love this place, the trainers are super friendly/approachable and they work in a realistic manner to help you reach your goal. The 6 weeks transformation challenge is excellent, it gets fantastic results. They also provide meal plan which works extremely well. I highly recommend this place if you’re serious about getting awesome results!

The Fitness Place has been such a positive experience for me. While visiting my son for extended periods I found The Fitness Place to keep up my fitness and to establish a routine that would keep me busy. Not only has it exceeded my expectations but I have met such nice people and hopefully friendships that I will continue when I return to the states. Tibor has been training my husband for years and my husband is a difficult man to keep motivated so the fact that Tibor manages that is definitely a feather in his cap. However, what impresses me more is Tibor’s knowledge and understanding of how to treat each person and their ailments, different abilities and drive individually. There is no one size fits all attitude here, nor a prescriptive pathway with no give for a particular goal or requirement to protect against a potential weakness. Tibor takes everything into account, explains it really well, keeps you motivated and enthusiastic with a dedication that I honestly don’t see very much these days.
