The Fitness Place and all it’s instructors, led by Tibor, provides innovative and varied workouts that play to your strengths but also push you to improve, including in areas you are weak in and which you avoid if you train alone! Support and encouragement is always on hand and I’ve really improved my fitness and my diet since I joined in January. The other mr era are really friendly and we spur each other on to be the best we can: I love it!

I recently did 6 weeks transformation challenge mainly with Tibor and achieved the goal I set. The programme was flexible depending on each person’s body conditions/situation and the overall environment and atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly that you don’t feel awkward even if you come for the first time. But at the same time he trains you well with enough tension. It was great experience. Highly recommended
