Ive always found gyms intimidating so I was quite nervous contacting you guys. I am so glad I did! After I had my initial consultation I’ve realised that this place is like no other. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t use any other personal trainer now I’ve been to Tibor. A great way to get in shape, learn proper techniques and do so safely. I always enjoy going and always feel really welcome. The facilities are great too with a focus on the exercising the whole body. I recently had minor surgery and Tibor always gets the most out of me but is always conscious of my limits. He’s really helping me to lose weight and get back to my previous fitness level before the operation.
