Claudia's Story

Claudia from East Finchley joined about a year ago because she wanted to transform her fitness and physique.

She never liked big commercial gyms so she decided to give our Small Group Personal training a try. Since she joined she lost weight, fits into her old clothes, increased her energy levels and boosted her confidence.

Highly recommended. I wouldn’t use any other personal trainer now I’ve been to Tibor. A great way to get in shape, learn proper techniques and do so safely. I always enjoy going and always feel really welcome. The facilities are great too with a focus on the exercising the whole body. I recently had minor surgery and Tibor always gets the most out of me but is always conscious of my limits. He’s really helping me to lose weight and get back to my previous fitness level before the operation.

I highly recommend Tibor and his team. I first knew Tibor at his boot camp 5 years ago and now do a weekly training session at The Fitness Place. It can be difficult to get the results you want on your own but sessions with Tibor and the team get you motivated. The excercises and circuits are just right for me and I really enjoy the workouts. Not always easy! but I feel good at the end of a session. If you’re thinking of getting fitter then try The Fitness Place. David.

The Fitness Place has been such a positive experience for me. While visiting my son for extended periods I found The Fitness Place to keep up my fitness and to establish a routine that would keep me busy. Not only has it exceeded my expectations but I have met such nice people and hopefully friendships that I will continue when I return to the states. Fantastic local gym with all of the amenities required. I can find other larger gyms intimating and also a bit generic with rows of treadmills . This is much more bespoke and the staff are not just incredibly friendly but really know what they are talking about. Personally I am in to more body weights and I find this gym provides me with all the necessary equipment including TRX, resistance bands and gymnastic rings. Great addition in an easily accessible and quiet part of East Finchley.

I’ve just completed the 8 weeks beginners course + food programme, with Tibor. In two months – including lockdown disruptions and some travel – I’ve lost 5 Kg (11 lbs) and 4% of my body fat.
