I love this place, the trainers are super friendly/approachable and they work in a realistic manner to help you reach your goal. The 6 weeks transformation challenge is excellent, it gets fantastic results. They also provide meal plan which works extremely well. Tibor has been training my husband for years and my husband is a difficult man to keep motivated so the fact that Tibor manages that is definitely a feather in his cap. I’ve just completed the 8 weeks beginners course + food programme, with Tibor. In two months – including lockdown disruptions and some travel – I’ve lost 5 Kg (11 lbs) and 4% of my body fat.
