At The Fitness Place everyone’s fitness journey starts with our signature 30 Days New Member Program
After you register we will give you a call to find out how we can help you to achieve your fitness goals
One of our experienced team members will assess you strength, mobility and flexibility. Here we learn about your goals, levels and health history.
You will attend 2-3 sessions per week in our studio. During each session one of our expert coaches will lead you through your program showing you how to do each exercise safely and effectively
