She never liked big commercial gyms so she decided to give our Small Group Personal training a try. Since she joined she lost weight, fits into her old clothes, increased her energy levels and boosted her confidence.

I was very obese (to say the least) when I started out at Tibor’s fitness place. I knew I had to do something about it and decided to lose weight but I needed guidance and this is when The Fitness Place popped up on my Facebook feed which couldn’t have come in a better time. Having joined last November this amazing set up and Tibor’s fantastic leadership of it, I can totally recommend it to anyone who is looking into getting or staying fit. Tibor is exceptional at understanding the psychology behind our actions and knows when to push (or not) people. I highly recommend Tibor and his team. I first knew Tibor at his boot camp 5 years ago and now do a weekly training session at The Fitness Place. It can be difficult to get the results you want on your own but sessions with Tibor and the team get you motivated. The excercises and circuits are just right for me and I really enjoy the workouts.
